Prior to joining Intellectsoft, Paul held positions as the US General Manager for Averna, CEO of VC backed GRC vendor Compassoft (acquired 2009) and President of Striva, an enterprise data integration firm which was acquired for $72 million by Informatica (NASDAQ:INFA) in 2003. Additionally, Paul held executive positions at publicly traded, Unify Corporation, Borland International and Oracle.
